Over the next 24 hours, the Meteorological Department predicts more snowfall, especially in higher-altitude regions. Schedule changes for flights and road connectivity may result from this. It is advised that passengers keep in contact with airlines and plan for any last-minute changes to their itinerary. The snowfall has created logistical challenges, but it has also added to the area’s winter allure by attracting tourists who come to see Kashmir’s stunning scenery. Authorities are attempting to strike a balance between visitors’ enjoyment of the Valley and safety concerns. Offering stranded travellers and eager tourists a glimmer of hope, airport officials will keep a close eye on the weather throughout the day to decide whether to resume flights.
