The Matter Group, which specialises in energy storage solutions and EV technology, opened its first experience hub in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, with the goal of providing retail experiences by fusing the digital and physical worlds in a setting known as “phygital.”
Customers may choose between helped sales encounters and a unique non-supported trip with the hub’s dual buy experience. This strategy caters to a range of tastes and emphasises the company’s commitment to customer-centric retail by allowing consumers to explore features, and advantages, and finish transactions alone or with tailored assistance.
In keeping with the company’s mission of innovation and sustainability, the interior design incorporates interactive touch points and immersive displays. Natural materials are combined with digital interfaces to create a cosy yet contemporary atmosphere. The geared electric motorbike is on display at the Master Aera Display, and its possibilities may be further explored at the Tech Display and Interactive Feature Zones.
“Opening our flagship retail space in Ahmedabad is a crucial step in enhancing our relationship with customers,” Matter Group Founder and CEO Mohal Lalbhai said in remarks on the occasion. With the launch of the Aera, we are improving the motorcycling industry’s customer experience in addition to introducing a ground-breaking innovation. Matter Group are pleased to start Aera deliveries from our first Experience Hub as we go on this thrilling adventure of building the present and the future.
The electric bike has four-speed Hyper-shift gears that allow it to achieve both high performances (it can reach 60 mph in 5.4 seconds) and low operating costs (it costs 25 pesos per kilometre). Its liquid-cooled battery and powertrain also aid in thermal management, extending the battery’s life and enhancing the powertrain’s performance.
With a 5-amp onboard charging system (charge anywhere in India with any 5-amp socket), internet-enabled linked experiences with navigation, music, and phone features, and a 7-inch touch screen, it has a certified range of 170 km on a single charge. Together with the Matter Group founders and staff, Rajya Sabha member Govindbhai Dholakia attended the opening.
