Space has increased its Mumbai operations by 50% vouch for from 4.7 lakh sq. ft. to 7 lakh sq. ft. in FY 2025. The company has increased its presence in the key business districts of Worli, Goregaon, BKC and Andheri to cater to the increasing demand for managed office spaces. Its ready to move in office segment, The Suites is now 1.3 lakh sq. ft. across the top locations. Table Space has developed a good footprint in six cities over the last seven years with a total area of more than 9.5 million sq. ft. In September 2024 it has bought a 5.5 lakh sq. ft. office facility in Whitefield, Bengaluru at ₹ 500 crore under its Table Space Towers portfolio. The company has also got a 50% share in a 9 lakh sq. ft. facility in Pune through a ₹ 400 crore joint venture with Panchshil Realty. In the next three years, Table Space is expected to grow its footprint by 9 million sq. ft. and plans to expand its footprint to 18+ million sq. ft. by FY 2026-27. The company is expected to run 120 centres in major Tier 1 cities – Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.
