The sales figures from TVS Motor Company show an 11% increase in October 2025 because the company sold 5,43,557 units compared to 4,89,015 units during the same period in 2024. The company achieved its strong results through increased two-wheeler sales which performed well in both home and foreign markets. The total number of two-wheeler sales reached 5,25,150 units during October 2025 while domestic sales reached 4,21,631 units which represented an 8% increase from 3,90,489 units during the previous year.
The company achieved a 16% increase in motorcycle sales which reached 2,66,715 units and scooter sales increased by 7% to 2,05,919 units. The electric vehicle segment showed positive growth during October 2025 by delivering 32,387 units which represented an 11% increase from 29,308 units during the previous year. The company faces short-term production issues because of restricted magnet supply which affects its electric vehicle manufacturing operations.
The international business segment maintained its position as a key revenue source through a 21% increase in exported units which reached 1,15,806 units. The three-wheeler segment experienced a significant increase of 70% during October 2024 when it sold 18,407 units compared to 10,856 units. The company’s ongoing expansion demonstrates how its brand continues to grow through new markets and innovative products while maintaining market stability through worldwide supply chain difficulties.
