The sale, recorded on January 17, was accompanied by a stamp duty of ₹4.98 crore and registration fees of ₹30,000.
This property, which he bought in April 2021 for ₹31 crore, has already seen a rise in value of as much as 168%. It is also worth pointing out that Amitabh Bachchan rented the apartment to actress Kriti Sanon in November 2021 for ₹10 lakh per month with a ₹60 lakh security deposit.
