UltraTech Cement achieved a substantial increase in its financial performance during the fourth quarter of financial year 2024-25 through a 10% year-over-year growth in net profit. The company generated a consolidated net profit of ₹2,482 crore which surpassed the ₹2,258.12 crore recorded during the same period in the previous year. The company achieved a substantial growth in profit as earnings increased by 83% from ₹1,359.43 crore during the previous quarter. UltraTech Cement achieved significant revenue growth through its operations which generated ₹23,063.32 crore during the year. The company demonstrated a 30% sequential growth through its ₹17,778.83 crore revenue in the third quarter. The Ebitda results showed a 12.3% increase to ₹4,618.4 crore from ₹4,114 crore during the previous year. The Ebitda margin decreased to 20 percent from 20.2 percent in the previous year. UltraTech Cement achieved a net profit of ₹6,039.11 crore during the full financial year that ended on March 31, 2025 while its profit decreased by 14% from ₹7,005 crore in the previous year. The company achieved 7% annual revenue growth to ₹75,955.13 crore despite facing market difficulties. The earnings per share (EPS) for the fourth quarter reached ₹84.38 and the EPS for the entire year reached ₹205.30. UltraTech Cement's board of directors approved a dividend payment of ₹77.50 for each ₹10 equity share. UltraTech Cement shares ended their trading session at ₹12,132 on the BSE before the company released its financial results.
