Atal Setu Approach Road Repairs Underway, MMRDA Refutes Corruption Claims In Mumbai, Maharashtra, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) is making good progress in mending the approach road that connects Atal Setu. This development comes after Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole reviewed the cracks spotted on the Mumbai-Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), also known as Atal Setu, and accused the government of corruption. Project Head Kailash Gantra assured that the repair work will be completed by this evening, emphasizing that the splits are minor and do not posture any threat to the bridge's structure. The MMRDA has clarified that the breaks are not due to structural defects in the venture and are found on the approach street, which is a benefit street interfacing the bridge, not portion of the main bridge itself. The MMRDA has urged citizens not to believe the rumors encompassing the breaks, expressing that the primary structure of Atal Setu itself remains intact. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Serve Devendra Fadnavis moreover weighed in, expelling the charges and labeling them as a "long-term arrange to make a rift" by the Congress party. In spite of these confirmations, the discussion highlights the significance of transparency and responsibility in expansive foundation ventures like Atal Setu, which is India's longest ocean bridge.
