Staten Island - Business Outrank

On Sunday, Staten Island was the site of a fatal boating accident that left three people dead, two hospitalized, and one person missing after a boat capsized near the Ambrose Channel. The accident happened on Sunday noon and the Coast Guard, FDNY and NYPD units responded to the scene immediately.
