TVS Motor - Business Outrank

TVS Motor Company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of two and three-wheeler vehicles, has appointed Peyman Kargar as the head of International Business. Located in Dubai, Kargar will be direct report to K. N. Radhakrishnan, Director & CEO of TVS Motor Company. Kargar has more than 30 years of experience in the global automotive industry and has gained knowledge in European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. The appointment was made effective, and K. N. Radhakrishnan said, “I am confident that Peyman’s leadership will be a great addition to TVS Motor. In his capacity as the head of our international business, his global experience will be a huge asset as we continue to build our presence in international markets and emerge as major players in advanced economies.” Kargar Before that, he was the Global Chairman & President of INFINITI, the luxury brand of Nissan, which entailed overseeing product planning, R&D, manufacturing, quality control, sales, marketing and finance. Before that, he was the Chairman & Senior Vice President of the Africa, Middle East and India region, which involved the management of operations for more than 80 countries within the Nissan Group. Between 2014 and 2017, he was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Renault Group, in charge of business in 50 countries in Africa, the Middle East, Iran and India. TVS Motor Company has been growing its international business and is eyeing development in significant markets in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The selection of Kargar fits with the company's plan to strengthen its international position and propel future development.
