User-Agreement (TNC)
This User Agreement and Privacy Policy applies to the Business Outrank website, mobile site,
application, and/or other services, regardless of how they are distributed, transmitted, or
published to their parent company, subsidiaries, and/or affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “we,”
“us,” or “our”). This User Agreement is enforceable by all service users, whether they are acting
individually or on behalf of an entity, including you and all other users of the service.
Please carefully read this User Agreement. This User Agreement is always accessible from the
footer of the service’s home page or welcome screen. Your use of the service, including any
registration on any part of it, shall be deemed your acceptance of this User Agreement by your
access, visitation, and/or usage. You are not permitted to access, visit, or use the service if you
disagree with its terms and conditions.
The date of the most current amendments will be displayed on this page, so be sure to visit it
frequently. The User Agreement may be changed from time to time. Any modifications or
updates to the User Agreement will be considered accepted by you if you continue to use the
service.
We reserve the right to terminate, discontinue, suspend, and/or restrict your account/profile,
access to, use of, and/or access to the service or any portion thereof if you violate, breach, fail
to comply with or act inconsistently with the rules, restrictions, limitations, terms, and/or
conditions that apply to the service, whether set forth in this User Agreement, posted at various
locations throughout the service, or otherwise communicated to users of the service
(collectively, the “Agreement”). Additionally, we reserve the right to limit your access to the
service in the future or to stop allowing you to use it altogether. We retain the right to take any
technological, legal, and/or other action(s), with or without notice, that we consider necessary
and/or appropriate to prevent violations, enforce the Agreement, and remedy any alleged
violations, in addition to any other remedies. You recognise and concur that the Agreement
gives us the right to an injunction without the need to post a bond to stop or prevent a breach or
violation of your commitments.
We will decide which rules, restrictions, limitations, terms and/or conditions will control and
prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this
User Agreement and any rules, restrictions, limitations, terms and/or conditions that may be
posted at various points in the service or otherwise communicated to users of the service, and
you expressly waive any right to challenge or dispute such determination.
The Agreement also governs all trademarks, trade names, service marks, and other brand
identifiers, designs, plans, software, source and object code, algorithms, data, statistics,
analysis, formulas, indexes, registries, repositories, and all other content, information, and
materials (collectively, “Content”) available on or through the service, whether posted, uploaded,
downloaded, or otherwise made available.
